We analyse your request precisely and subject it to a feasibility analysis. We would be happy to assist you with our expertise from over 50 years of manufacturing experience.
We procure the required raw materials and materials in accordance with your specifications and documentation. We would be happy to assist you in selecting materials for cost-optimized production.
Based on the orders and available resources, we create a detailed production plan. In doing so, we assign machines, employees and schedules for each production step.
In accordance with your manufacturing documents, such as volume models or technical drawings, we create the necessary CNC programs at our CAD/CAM workstations to produce your highly complex components efficiently and with repeatable quality.
During the manufacturing process, we carry out quality checks in accordance with specified guidelines to ensure that the products meet our quality standards. In doing so, we monitor every feature of the required claims, including automated documentation and archiving.
Both component finish and precision deburring make a significant contribution to improving product quality, increasing functionality and meeting customer requirements. We carefully plan and implement these sensitive processes in order to achieve the best possible results.
Thanks to our network of specialized partners, we are able to cover all heat and surface treatments. Through long-standing, trusting and partnership-based cooperation, we achieve the best possible results with our certified partners.
Within framework agreements, we offer various warehousing strategies. After manufacturing, we store the products and prepare them for shipping. This includes packaging, labeling and storage of the finished products in accordance with your specifications.
