We procure the required raw materials and materials in accordance with your specifications and documentation. We would be happy to assist you in selecting materials for cost-optimized production.
Based on the orders and available resources, we create a detailed production plan. In doing so, we assign machines, employees and schedules for each production step.
In accordance with your manufacturing documents, such as volume models or technical drawings, we create the necessary CNC programs at our CAD/CAM workstations to produce your highly complex components efficiently and with repeatable quality.
During the manufacturing process, we carry out quality checks in accordance with specified guidelines to ensure that the products meet our quality standards. In doing so, we monitor every feature of the required claims, including automated documentation and archiving.
